#4: Eat Your Broccoli

We included broccoli in the group above, but it’s so special that we wanted to give it its own shout-out. For starters, there are so many tasty ways to serve broccoli. We like just a squirt of lemon juice on ours, but roasted in the oven with garlic is another divine option for fans of the genre. Of course, raw with a little dip is a fantastic snack.

One of the broccoli’s superpowers is that it’s rich in vitamin E, which helps build a robust immune system. It’s also chock-full of vitamin C and the antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin. Round that out with potassium and fiber, and you have one very healthy veggie on your hands!
