Moments When Management Forgot How to Manage

When you get break time at work, you want to make the most out of it and do all the things that you were waiting to do whilst on your shift. It is every employee’s right to have an allotted break during their shift, so what they choose to do with their time whilst on their break is totally up to them. It’s their personal time, after all.

Not only is this sign a bit rude, the way in which management tried to get their point across is extremely inappropriate. Employees shouldn’t have to put up with such badly handled management. Human resources are definitely going to get a phone call from an employee sooner or later.
