Keeping tabs on your employees can be rather complicated at times. You want to make sure that they are working as productively as they possibly can, whilst making sure they also feel trusted – you know, to make them happy about working here. But sometimes management can take the whole ‘watching over you’ thing a little too far.

People are entitled to their own privacy, even in the office. We can understand why management would want to make sure its workers are doing a good job, but installing cameras in every area of the office, just to watch over them is kind of intense. The inclusion of the picture is even more creepy… was it really necessary?
