Ok, you probably can’t believe we’re adding a Kardashian to a body positivity article, but we need to give praise where it’s due. Unlike her sisters, in recent years, Kourtney Kardashian has been open about her relationship with her body as an older woman and learning to navigate the changes that come with it. Considering her whole family monetizes from reinforcing toxic beauty standards, diets, and even medical procedures, it’s honorable she’s taking a step back from all of this.
When you see a Kardashian going against body shaming, you know the world is definitely going to better places. It’s good to see celebrities that suffered from hateful comments on their bodies taking the lead and changing the narrative. I hope Kourtney will continue to troll all the haters that body-shamed her before.
