#16: Retired But Not Tired
Most of us make assumptions about older generations. Society often depicts older people as sweet, innocent people who love chatting, knitting, and other wholesome activities. This nurse knows that is absolutely not true. Older people can get up to some shenanigans, that’s for sure. The nurse in this story was called to a nursing home to check on a patient who had a spiking heart rate.
The nurse arrived at the nursing home thinking it was going to be another routine day. She was so, so wrong. She accidentally walked in on a bunch of nursing home residents getting busy with each other. It turns out that the woman’s heart rate spiked because she was involved in some of the fun. Just because someone’s retired doesn’t mean they’re tired of living life!
