This next one has me cringing a little—because it’s too true. I am absolutely the type of person that it is talking about; I hate wearing sunblock, though I know it is not sensible, and I have definitely been guilty on occasion of being almost a little smug about the fact that I don’t wear it.

And I have absolutely gotten hideous sunburns on multiple occasions. And whenever that happens, I’m really good about wearing sunblock after that… for a little while. Then I go back to my ridiculous, sunburned ways. My point is that you should wear sunblock, folks.
