#44: To Your Health
Mental health really is a vicious cycle, isn’t it? So often, there are things that would help with your particular problem, but that very problem keeps you from doing that thing. For instance, maybe you really need a therapist, but your anxiety keeps you from reaching out to a therapist.
Or there is this post: often, diet and exercise could make all the difference in the world, but maybe your depression prevents you from getting to the gym or eating anything that can’t be microwaved from the freezer section. I wish I had some sound advice, but all I can say is keep trying. It seems impossible, but I promise you, it makes a difference.
